Connect Linear

Tickets file into a Linear team you choose. Connecting takes about two minutes.

1. Start the connection

In the app: Settings → Integrations → Linear → Connect. You'll be sent to Linear to approve access for your workspace.

2. Approve in Linear

Approve the OAuth screen. You land back in Settings with the connection marked active.

3. Pick a team

Choose the team tickets should land in. The list is live from your workspace. Optionally pick a default label if your workflow uses one.

4. Test it

Use the Test button on the card — it creates a clearly-labeled test issue through the same pipeline as real tickets and links you to it. Safe to close.

What ends up in Linear

Each issue carries a title, the plain-English diagnosis, the exact Salesforce component behind the error, the user's last steps (labels only — never what they typed), and the masked screenshot if one was attached.
