When your sales team hits a cryptic Salesforce error, we tell them what happened in plain English β and file a developer-ready ticket in one click.
The extension spots the error the moment Salesforce shows it β no setup per page.
We match it to your org's own metadata β the exact validation rule, flow, or missing permission β and explain it in plain English.
One click files a ticket with the component, the steps, and a masked screenshot β in Jira, Linear, or a Salesforce Case.
Files tickets where your team already works
No. We read your org's metadata β the rules and configuration β never your records. The one exception is if you explicitly turn on Salesforce Case creation, which writes Cases (and only Cases), and every one of those writes is audited.
Whatever the user chooses to attach β masked in their browser first. Field values are blacked out by default before upload, and images are deleted from our transit buffer within 24 hours. They live in your ticket tool, not with us.
No packages, no Apex. You connect with a read-only OAuth grant and your team installs a Chrome extension. Nothing changes inside your org.
Jira Cloud, Linear, and (opt-in) Salesforce Cases at launch. Webhooks and email are on the roadmap.
We say so. The panel is honest about confidence β a βbest matchβ is labelled as one, and an unknown error still produces a well-formed ticket with the context a developer needs.
About ten minutes: connect the org, let the first sync run, install the extension, paste a key.
